Terms and Conditions

Booking Conditions:

To guarantee your booking, payment must be received within 3 working days of your booking. We accept 50% deposit (non-refundable) upon booking. Full payment 6 weeks before departure.

Cancellation Charges:

50% for cancellation within 8 weeks of departure, 100% for cancellation within 6 weeks of departure.

Insurance:

Our trips are not inclusive of any form of insurance. We advise all customers to consider both travel insurance as well as dive insurance. Dive insurance is available at DAN http://www.danasiapacific.org under Membership and Insurance. In case of trip disruption or cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, any compensation provided will be in the form of future trip credit only. Please do note that we are unable to cover any flight or hotel expenses incurred under such circumstances & therefore strongly recommend all guests purchase adequate travel insurance.

Indemnity:

50% for cancellation within 8 weeks of departure, 100% for cancellation within 6 weeks of departure.
